KNF's advanced vacuum pump systems feature powerful pumping speeds and strong end vacuum for shorter processing times with a wide range of solvents. The pumping speeds of KNF's vacuum systems are completely adjustable, easily allowing flask sizes up to 20L to be accommodated. Plus, the precision sensing system of KNF vacuum pump systems prevents bumping and maintains consistency for all vessel sizes.
System operation is controlled from the hand-held wireless remote terminal or via a USB control interface on your PC. Both SC and SCC vacuum pump systems feature four operating modes, providing ultimate flexibility for many laboratory applications. Operating modes include:
- Evacuate: the vacuum pump system evacuates a vacuum chamber with adjustable pump capacity
- Pressure Control: the vacuum pump system controls/maintains constant pressure
- Automatic: the system automatically determines the vapor pressure of a sample, and adjusts process pressure in accordance to irregularities in pressure curve.
- Individual Pressure Function: the vacuum system controls the process according to your custom-programmed time-pressure curve.
